"If I could rate 0 stars I would! We were notified that our vehicle needed an update security system installed on my wife's vehicle. We knew there was a recall for this, so we contacted dealer and took vehicle in for the updated install. Upon the completion of install and window decals placed on driver's side and passenger side front and rear windows, we contacted State Farm to inform them of completion. A few hours later we got a call back stating that the Underwriters would not accept the updated install because we have a Key Start w/Key Fob to activate/deactivate alarm. They in fact wanted us to pay ourselves to have Push To Start system installed! These systems begin in price of $300+! We sent photos of updated security system, called the authorized auto dealer, who ended up doing a 3 way conference, explaining that this system was authorized. That it had to be activated from Key Fob and once activated even if automobile was broken into, it would neither start nor allow steering wheel to be unlocked. Underwriting still refuses and they dropped Full Coverage to Liability on my wife's vehicle. I will not recommend this company to any family, friends nor anyone that may inquire about auto insurance from this company! They're trying to force customers to either have the Push To Start system or else! So it's a BIG, Hard No from me and my family!!! We contacted another insurer and explained the situation, concerning our updated Anti-Theft security system and asked if they had any problem securing Full Coverage on the vehicle. They stated NO, that updated system was fine with Key Fob that we have. So Adios real soon, from a customer that thought his wife and family would be customers for years to come. Being a P/T Disabled Veteran, I refuse to be backed against a wall and neither will any of my family be forced to purchase products that are beneath our satisfaction! 6"

"I must say I was very pleased with how knowledgeable and just helpful my agent Christon at Tim moore’s State Farm location was with walking me threw the little details and perks that come with State Farm insurance although I wasn’t inquiring about a big major policy I was given very professional customer service and in fact did drop Allstate and joined the State Farm family and i have already recommended this office to friends at work and family members"

"We had one claim on our home for 365.00 and inquired on two more but never filed, yet they dropped us . We have given 27000 dollars over 18 years, and by law this agent supposedly sent a letter by registered mail to inform us of this issues. People read the small print. So State Farm loss and USAA gain. Valuable lesson learned"
